    Relaxing stay, enjoyable vacation
    Location, location, location. Amazing location with great views. Also liked that it was a one bedroom room with a washer and dryer.
    Food in the restaurant was limited and not to our liking. We preferred to eat out at the many nearby restaurants and cafes.

    A beautiful stay in the heart of Sydney. Perfect to valet park and explore. Recommend harbour view rooms for that wow
    Stayed in a deluxe one bedroom harbour view- spacious for me and my two children, though did wish there was an option to make the bedroom a twin and have the sofa bed also. The view was absolutely amazing. Private balcony. Location superb!
    Nothing to dislike really. Pool area can be hard to sit in at peak times as not a huge amount of chairs on the lower level where you can actively supervise children. Minimal issue though.

    Good spot, but the price reflects this anyway, so that's expected.
    Taking an extra $100 from the credit card, which is not refunded, and was supposed to be ' preauthorised', not just charged.

    The view from the room was fantastic. We woke up every morning to see the bustling harbor, which was something new for us. The hotel was near to many great places to visit, and getting around was easy. Overall, it was great, we will definitely stay again next time we are in Sydney.
    Housekeeping could have been better. Not as meticulous and thorough. The room had a nice kitchen and although we didn't cook anything, every time we used a cup, plate, or utensil and put it in the sink, it was taken away without replacement. I'm not sure if we were supposed to wash them ourselves, but I don't think we should have had to at this room price.

    The location was the best thing about the property
    It just didnt hit the mark for me, I wished I had paid more & gone to another hotel. Something was lacking. The staff, while pleasant were mostly inexperienced & didnt know everything. It was hit or miss with staff. I arrived after the restaurant closed for dinner & the room service menu was a joke. I wish I had ordered Uber Eats! Also the room service did not answer the phone & at one point hung up once I got through - this was at 9:30 pm - I rang reception & they rang room service & asked them to contact me. When I mentioned this to Room service, they shrugged it off that they were busy no sincere apology - It was all average
