Very good breakfast buffet. We enjoyed it a lot. The private beach is a 3 minute walk or ride with a gulf car away. Nice place to be.
We booked a appartment for 3 persons, but the appartment was prepared for only 2 people. It was difficult to make the service understanding that we want to get all the required stuff like towels and so on for a third person.

it was excellent
I must say, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff were not only amicable but also highly supportive. I requested a few things from the Housekeeping department, and they were quick to fulfil them. I am particularly grateful to Madhavi from Housekeeping and Nuwan from Valet Service for their enormous support.

1. Pirates Club - Only 2 games worked there out of 20 which was disappointing
2. They closed the promenade area without any notice
3. There was lack of communication in letting the hotel guest know about what to expect

Great location and layout of the property.
The rooms were hot. The AC wasnt functioning properly. It was very uncomfortable and we couldnt sleep at night.

The hotel nice but the food super bad
I order food from room service at 9:20pm and they informed me it will take 45 minutes to 55 minutes because the room service busy so I said its fine how ever after 1hour and 45 minutes I was waiting but nothing come and I keep calling them and they are saying we are busy try to understand us!!! So I keep waiting till 11:30pm and the food did not arrive even!! So I came to the hotel to celebrate new year not to keep waiting the food from room service!! However I come back to the hotel at 1 am and again I called room service to ask about the food the funny part they told me at will take 15 minutes more to deliver the food however I got the food and it was super cold and not even test good at all!! Super bad experience
