    enjoyable stay
    Stayed with our 4 month som and bagel on a road trip from New Delhi to Goa, Host was super responsive and accommodating, staff were warm and friendly, food was delicious. So happy to have booked this place and they catered to our too so thank you!

    The location is ok
    Tents are in terrible condition, no maintenance. Locks are all broken, nails and pins sticking out from everywhere. Extremely understaffed. Almost no options in food, whatever we asked for wasn't available.

    The location was definitely the best aspect of this property.. View of clouds on the mountains right in front of the tent gives you a little peace and takes your mind away from a rather forgettable experience..
    Tents requires maintenance which seemed to be the least priority.. The entire room payment was taken upfront at the time of check-in.. as if people are going to run away without paying There were nails popping out of the woods which I myself had to put in though a hammer, which they were gracious enough to provide.. Imagine the horror when you have a toddler who wants to have fun running around but you are always worried that he might hurt himself through a nail you might have missed putting back in ( I hammered atleast 10-12 myself) No water bottles present in the room, they charge you for the bottle if you ask for one.. The bedsheet was torn from places which they didn't seem to care to change before cheking in the guest. Frequent electricity outages (maybe due to rains). No generator available for power backup.. No Fridge provided in the room even though the room description says they provide one.. The floor was dirty and was broomed only once we complained about it.. Water was dripping from the restaurant roof as it was not repaired.. No intercom.. they take service requests on whatsapp which requires internet, which requires a good network, which is not really a possibility in the midst of the mountains. During checkout I myself had to put my luggage in the car as no one turned up for atleast 10 mins after a request was made by me..

    Location is nice, behavior of the manager is lovely, however the TV was not recharged and it was listed under our facility list, food is below average, no salt in the breakfast but if asked they would have corrected it. Worth visiting at-least once.
