    This Put-in-Bay Resort & Conference Center is highly recommended for an adult getaway, with great service and a helpful night manager. The hotel has a nice pool with a swim-up bar and plenty of activ (Read More)ities nearby. However, there were issues with ants in the conference room and limited parking. The rooms are nice and spacious, but some guests found the beds to be stiff. Overall, a lovely hotel with a great location, but prices could be more reasonable.

    Second anniversary trip to PIB
    I loved that my check in was nice and easy after she got my conference # had trouble as first finding it she just need to look at online booking .
    I didn't like that it was dusty didn't look like anyone even walked into my room for a long time also there was a gaint spider when I first walked in if someone would have check room before hand that wouldn't of been there please dust better and sanitize doors and handles/used surfaces that are used alot

    The bartenders were very nice.
    Since we were there on the weekend, there was no breakfast. Furniture in the room was run down. Bed was too close to the wall. The toilets are too short. Conditioner in the pump was congealed and hard to get out. Grout in tub area had black between the tiles. Was not a value for the expense.

    Falsely accused of smoking in the room. Thrown out of hotel in the middle of the night.. slept in car with family overnight in pajamas. Night crew extremely rude. Embarrassed at 68 on CPAP, to be thrown out and no acceptable response. Missed activities and ruined vacation. Looking for settlement through legal system if necessary.
