Room was comfortable with a decent view from the floor I was on. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Pool was clean. Burgers were great at Longboards. I will stay again.
Paying a large bond and having the No Smoking thing rammed into you was a bit much. I suppose its what has to happen to stop people though. Couple of staff I didn't find very accomodating but others were great.

The room was amazing. Spacious, great views. The pool area is fantastic. Special thanks to the staff member who checked us in - his customer service was of the highest order.

I had the best view! We stayed at the 51st floor with ocean and city views! Location is close to everything! Best service!
Nothing major! Just the dishwashing liquid were not enough for us 7 people staying for 4 days! Toothbrushes and toothpastes were not included in the toiletress.

Air conditioning was not working properly and bathroom was leaking water I did complain to manager and the. Were so rude they said you can check out if you dont like this room he also mentioned me that you can use only one side of air conditioner at one time not full room also I did get full Ocean view room that I paid for VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
