The room had an amazing view (sea view delux room). The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast had everything needed, including good coffee. The staff were very attentive. We also like having an alcoholic beverage at the Hub, part of the complex.
The pool was indoors. Went to have dinner at restaurant but had no tonic water for gin!

most comfortable bed ever, if you love soft mattress and pillows like me :)) wide room with big windows and great view to city/sea. small grocery shop in next building which was useful. warm indoor pool. good breakfast.

The staff makes the hotel bad
If the staff improved then the hotel would be good.
- The staff makes many promises but rarely does anything. Example: They might say "yeah we will come and fix it", and then never show up....
- I gave my luggage in 1 piece and recieved it in 2 pieces broken. According to themselves it happened under their "care" but they didn't give anything as compensation they simly say they will get back to you but never do.
They even promised to call me but never did.
- TV didn't work (even 3 star hotels have TV's)
- Stove for warming food didn't work (turned off on purpose I think). We had to ask maaaany times for them to turn it on.

Very clean, quick check in process, good location, great price for the area.
House keeping knocking very early if you forget to turn on the do not disturb sign then 8am they will knock. It was really annoying.

Staff were not very flexible on a small later checkout, they said it was full capacity although we know it wasnt, there was no one around
