    Relaxing. Great location - an easy stroll from the town centre. Great views and smiling staff
    We asked for an upgrade to a room with a view. We were offered partial view at no extra cost. It was amazing! The comfortable robes, quality amenities - T2 teas, Dyson hair dryer, and free in-house movies really helped make our stay extra comfortable.
    Cant fault it.

    Really great place to stay. Lots of little touches like really good hair-dryer, coffee machine in your room, great quality shampoo etc. Very friendly helpful staff, superb breakfast. Easy to walk down to town via a lift through another hotel. Highly recommend

    Location is great, near the lake, easy to go about. Very clean room, great buffet breakfast.
    Getting off from my big car is a bit difficult as theres not enough space outside the hotel and the slope is very steeps

    The food was exceptional. The staff were friendly and very professional. We had an issue with the aircon, so the staff moved us to another room and offered a few complementary drinks and free breakfast. The staff handled that issue with ease and professionalism.

    Wonderful place. Gorgeous hotel
    Location is excellent, view is world-beating and the staff couldnt have been more helpful. A great hotel in a stunning place!
    Bit expensive and given that the government is advising against using the local tap water, the amount provided is spartan eg. Not enough for drinking, teeth cleaning etc. Given price, more should be automatically provided.
