Disappointing

the rooms are ok.

they had to informed us about the big streetwork and jobsite in the hotel. but i knew this hotel from my last trip, so i come back next time, when everything is done.

Value for money

Over all the stay was very user friendly, in the middle of a rebuild it didn't feel like a "work site". Obviously some of the better points weren't available but served us well.

Clean, comfortable and convenient.

Short drive from the airport. Clean and comfortable, free parking. Breakfast kit was a nice surprise. Reception and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

Very quiet ant peaceful place

Very simple to access from Perth airport. I really appreciate the fact that the receptionist was very helpful, when I arrived late and managed to reschedule my booking. Thank you a lot.

Easy check in - room key was left out for us with instructions.

The room had a foul odor that was noticeable the minute we stepped foot in the room. A "toilet" odor. We even checked the bathroom thoroughly to check to see if we could find the source of the smell, thinking maybe someone hadn't flushed the toilet after going. We had hoped the smell would disappear, but unfortunately it was noticeable the whole time. And even more noticeable everytime we would enter the room. Was very unpleasant.

A great location.

Building going on so a bit noisy during the day and night, but understandable that is out of the staffs control. However staff adding to the noises by SLAMMING storage rooms and staff laundry rooms doors below Guest room number 33 happened many times, and is a voidable. No facecloth on offer for guests. Towels with hoses in them from general wearing not being replaced. The wrong size replacement toilet seats used (not professional) I have stayed at the Bayswater hotel on many occasions over many years and the quality and standard has dropped over the last year. Huge gaps around the room door when the door is closed allowing noise and heat in the rooms.
