The room was adequate as it needed to be on the ground floor for easy access for an elderly person that was travelling with us.
Did not have a toaster in the room to have a light breakfast before leaving. If you wanted breakfast you had to go to there dinning room.

Comfortable and quiet unit at the back of the complex made our short stay peaceful and pleasant.
Staff were friendly, the rooms were modern and renovated to be comfortable and spacious for occupying a room for the whole family. Beds were comfortable, soft and not saggy or damaged. The lounge was firm and looked to be almost new.
The bathroom had only a slight elevation in the tiling to prevent water running out of the shower, but it didn't catch the flow of water so the bathroom floor ended up mostly flooding every time we showered. We used towels to stop the water and direct it to the main drain in the bathroom floor.

The hotel was in a nice part of town and the facilities were great. Couldnt fault the room at all. I stayed in the king studio. It was clean, new and comfortable.
All the staff were lovely and welcoming.
I would definitely recommend staying here.
