We stayed there for 3 nights during our vacation in NZ. Unfortunately, we suspect there may be bed bugs in the room as we have been bitten by bugs.

We missed the checkout date thought 30 December but actually still 31 December, and Karan advised us that we still have 1 night otherwise we already drive to Queenstown. Karan very helpful advising us and would like to highly appreciate for this, thank you very much for this and will recommend to our friend colleague Elms Hotel.

Thank you so much for great services, it was making my trip more enjoyable.
The hotel is so nice, clean and good location with good services. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. I am a regular guest and always staying here ever times I come to visit Christchurch!
