    It was exellent. Recommended.
    Nice and clean hotel. Stuff was friendly. Room was clean, quiet with comfortable beds, fridge, safe, TV, coffee maker. Also, they provided brekfast and unlimited coffee and tea. This hotel has a good location and free parking. I recommended.

    Upon arrival, the lady at the reception who assisted us was neither pleasant nor cooperative. Her demeanor left a negative impression on us from the beginning of our stay. Additionally, after spending our first night out of 3 nights staying at the hotel, we were disappointed to discover that room service was not automatically provided. When inquired, we were informed that we should have requested it at check-in. Unfortunately, this crucial information was not communicated to us during the check-in process. Furthermore, during breakfast at the open buffet, we encountered another set of issues. The staff handling the croissants decided to limit distribution only upon request. This decision caused unnecessary inconvenience and delays in the breakfast service. Most notably, the lady overseeing the kitchen service took an unwarranted interest in our breakfast choices. While preparing pancakes for our family of five, she was observed counting the number of pancakes on my plate. This intrusive behavior was both uncomfortable and unprofessional. I believe these incidents significantly impacted our overall experience. As paying guests, we expect a certain level of service and professionalism, and unfortunately, our expectations were not met during our stay.
