    Friendly helpful staff, clean room, modern room, really comfortable bed.
    Clean, modern, great value for money. Decent parking, cheap parking too. Inclusive spa use.
    Nothing to be honest. Everything was great.

    The hotel is a bit dated and dark sauna and jacuzzi a bit small but we used during our stay it could be doing with a freshen up with brighter paint

    A stylish, pleasant and comfortable stay for our post Xmas and New year, good location for main town.
    Very lovely interior design and style. Good to have a pool and sauna which was quiet and pleasant. Good food choices on the menu. Good price drinks and seemed like good entertainment for group tours. The cleaning staff and room attendants were hard working. Room had all you needed. It was quiet at night times. Good spaces to relax in and staff were friendly. Good that you could open a window in the room if needed, so didnt feel stuffy. Great location for town centre.
    The spa and swimming area a bit old and tired looking in places, but practical, and staff were lovely, good amount of towels available. Couldnt work the air conditioning/heater in room and hot water wasnt plentiful, but staff did try to help when asked. Bed was too soft for my liking.

    Not worth the stars and the money
    Just the Spa
    The heat didn't work, and in winter time when is cold outside I wasn't happy to stay in a cold room. We asked the reception 5 times to resolve the matter, she kept saying yes, but nothing sorted. In the evening we asked again but was not provided, until we got really upset. Kate was a bit rude to me and was not happy about that. In the end around 9pm we got a heater. So to stay in a 4 stars hotel with heater and the room didn't look great either

    Our stay was ok not a best one just ok , we where out all day we went back to sleep so it was ok . But I definitely don
    Reception are nice warm welcome the staff was really friendly and helpful.
    Our room was nice but not cleaned properly and the room looked like was not finished. The bed looked like unfinished the bed doesnt have a bed throw on it no decorations pillows on it . The bed side cabinet was dirty and has a contactless on it used by the guest who occupies the room before our family, the bedside lamp was really dusting and sticky. The bed headboard had a white powdered sticky stuff on it looked a bit disgusting. The kettle was not cleaned out and inside was dirty . The room was really smelly like sweaty mess. The air conditioner made a noise not a peaceful sleep at all . I lifted up the bedsheet because I had itchy feelings and I found under the mattress topper some bed crumbs, chocolate paper and hair. We wasnt really happy with the cleaning to be honest.
