We had booked two deluxe rooms and paid over 11k per room a night. But the condition the rooms was pathetic- both the rooms were full of mosquitoes and bathrooms were smelling, bathroom door lock in one of the rooms was not working, door bell was not working, electric kettle was not working properly, intercom was not working. We checked in at 3pm on Sunday, 1st October, and complained about these issues immediately. The only issue solved was getting us all-out machines. No resolution on other things. We kept calling up the reception, explaining the issue from scratch each time and a new person/team would be sent and they would go back saying/doing nothing. Upon asking for higher authorities, the front desk people kept circulating the call amongst each other saying theyll manage. Just to put up a show, they kept sending people to our room to see the problem without any fixes. This happened until 8:15pm when we had to tell them to stop bothering anymore - room was a mess with their wet footwear. It was raining heavily outside - there was no way we could go to the restaurant for dinner and imagine the phone line not working. We were lucky to have two rooms, if not for that, we wouldnt have been able to eat dinner.
We could not talk to anyone senior that day - we were told no senior is available. Next day, while checking out, we again gave the feedback to Priyanka, but all she had to say was sorry. We asked for speaking with the owner, but she said hes not available - are arent sure if that was true.
