    The hotel charged my card an additional $70 tax or fee. I had previously paid the full amount including all taxes and fees. The hotel does not respond to messages or emails. Disgusting customer service for a hotel of this caliber.

    Good to be close, bad to have this experience.
    How close to the downtown.
    Its okay if you go out of your room and find yourself high because of the weed smell in the hall way . If you order food they will make you come down to take and any one could take it. I ordered food in waited for about 1.5 hours and when it arrived I go down to the lobby and I didnt find. I asked the person on the front desk he told me that he doesnt know anything.

    Avoid this place unless chaos is your idea of a good time!

    This place is a total mess! This is a residential building that assigned 18th levels to hotel thats why it is managed poorly. The maintenance is a joke I reported a busted handheld shower, and it's like I was talking to a wall, no one cared. And don't even get me started on the pool and jacuzzi they were practically a biohazard with poop floating around! The valet tried to pull a fast one, overcharging us. When we called them out, things got wild the dude actually cut the driver's seat with a knife! Talk about unprofessional and crazy staff. To top it off, the building's right next to a fire department, so it's noisy as heck all day.

    I wouldnt recommend it
    The food was good
    The parking was too much money and should have better explained. Money was being pulled from my account and I had to go find out why and when it was going to be returned to my bank account. The amenities closed too early for us as we had a planned dinner that evening just to come back to all of it being closed already especially after spending that much. The view of the city wasnt a good view at all.

    Comfortable and convenient
    Pool nice for a swim. Needed a kettle and milk to make tea (coffee maker in room not suitable) and both were supplied easily. Room was very spacious with a nice view of the city.
    No changing facilities at pool. Awkward. Location a bit off centre and it was a couple blocks walk to the nearest place for breakfast if you didn't want the expensive one in the hotel.
