The breakfast was very good and the garden was nice. The staff were very good and helpful - I left my phone in the lobby and they kept it safely with them.
The rooms were very musty and stuffy. The carpets didnt seem very clean. The pool was not working and that was very disappointing coz I was looking forward to kids chilling in the pool, but a shame we couldnt use it.

Perfect for family gatherings.
We were fortunate enough to get a room upgrade! They have such beautiful rooms and really clean facilities. Plus the location is easily accessible by public transpo.
The pool was under maintenance when we were there and their breakfast buffet options were very limited.

We had had a big room with a partition. However thought the L shape was a bit odd and meant the partition living room was small. However , it was clean and comfy
Unfortunately pool was out of action on our dates due to broken tiles. Very annoying, we chose to shorten our stay. Had the pool been operational, we would have been very happy.

Fancy place, not worth the hype
The hotel has great security, is next to a shopping mall and has a friendly staff
The food, breakfast was the worst. I grabbed two different pieces of bakery and they were from the day before.. I tried some "fresh" local dish and it was also reheated. I ended up just having a coffee and ate breakfast somewhere else. We also had dinner (room service) and both the dishes we ordered arrived cold and the taste was not good.
