London standards with views of the city.
Great size and comfortable bed. Good facilities excellent breakfast.
Lifts were slow. But not a major issue

Convenient hotel in a nice location
Great location and comfortable beds. Breakfast was simple. Considering it's location the room was pretty quiet.
Bathrooms faucet wasn't draining and the shower water was hard to adjust. The bed lamp on the right side didn't work. Even on the 3rd floor the night club music was vibrating the ceiling most nights.

Wonderful stay in luxury, made a great start to our celebratory holiday.
Location. Excellent, could have my 9 year old and 18 year old with us but in separate proper bed in comfort and not squashed. The bathroom was excellent too. Location great.

Nice staff - dated rooms - no valet service
Staff was very nice
I reserve a valet service but no valet until the day I leave! Therefore I had to park the car myself 5mn from the hotel cost me over 180 for 3 days! Not specified in the reservation!

Room was on the small size, only 2 lifts which took ages.
Stayed at tge Hampshire 30 years ago and it's certainly lost its perzas!!!! No doorman etc
