    Overall , we did not enjoy staying there.
    The breakfast was good. We also had lunch there and it was excellent.
    The room was noisy. The window, corridors and maintenance work even at 10:00pm was not helpful. The bathroom was outdated

    First impression from the front line VIP desk lady for a Radison was not good. Not friendly FLW
    Breakfast variety. Staff helpful at breafast.
    The lady staff sitting at VIP section in this day of check in night on 28th December, 2023 from 20:00 to 22 hours. She just had an attitude with us. Not helpful. Family room not ready, she says se has given us keys for adjacent room. I had to come down three times from 7th floor to collect the right key and right family room that was adjacent to me. I had to ask another person at the check in desk in desk to give me the right key.
