Post Booking issues Contacting the property - The cell number mentioned on booking.com to contact the property was never answered. Even the messages (via booking.com) were not responded back. This was highlighted to the front desk staff at time of checkin
Room allocation- First room allocated has drainage leakage and water was overflowing in entire bathroom. Post request room change was done and it was stinking with Smoking smell (inspite of having booking of non-smoking). Had to change the room and the floor again. This took most of the time and the experience was not good considering a brand like Radisson! Again, front desk manager and staff were very helpful and ensure we get the room
Room Condition - The property seriously need maintenance considering the price and a the 5 stars, the mirrors are having patches, the furniture (bathroom doors), Shower doors (rubber insulation) requires maintenance. Even shower room water accumulation became a noticeable inconvenience. Not upto the standard of a 5 star and that too of such a international hotel brand
Lunch - Took an la carte lunch and ordered 2 vegetables and both the preparation were pathetic and tasteless! Again considering the lunch coast and 5 star restaurant standards, the quality of food was way below standard. This was highlighted to the Chef there and than. Again, restaurant staff was very helpful and tried to smooth off the situation. The post-ordering process was notably lengthy, and it felt like a considerable waste of time. I understand that certain delays can occur, but the extended wait time significantly impacted my overall dining experience.
Breakfast- Spread was good and quality was great! No issues.
All in all, I would like to commend your staff for their professionalism and courtesy throughout my stay. Hats off to the team.
However the quality standard and the overall experience with a 5 star property brand was not at all value for money.
