    My stay was very good. Had a good time, room was exceptional and the staff were amazing.
    The rooms, location and staff.
    Some items on the menu are a bit overpriced.

    We wont stay here again definitely!
    The F & B team were very good and attentive. We paid them a lot of compliments till an incidence of finding two cockroaches on the buffet table which put us off. The team were quick to act on it and apologetic but finding a cockroach in International chain was a real put off.
    The front reception staff were the least friendly. So glum and no smiles. First night we went to the Chinese restaurant for dinner, no one was there to receive us or take orders. After 5 mins walked up to the kitchen area and asked if anyone was coming, then only someone was sent. We paid for an extra bed and when we asked the staff for extra pillow for the bed he pointed to the existing pillows on the bed. After making some noise with him he sent the extra pillow and towel. It seems like this hotel does not have its act together and the staff needs a lot of training!
