    The hotel was renovated and looked very nice. I enjoyed my stay.
    Could not control the temperature in the winter. Not sure if I did not know how to or if it were like most places in Europe where temp is higher than what we are used to in the US.

    Jil in particular at reception was so sweet and friendly and helpful and put a smile on our faces.
    The location was perfect and everything was convenient. Staff was always great and accommodating. Housekeeping is 24/7. Buffet breakfast was Awsome and great value for money
