The staff was extremely friendly and willing to make you stay as pleasant as possible. A highlight is Mr. Khuman Singh Jhala, who really excelled in helping with anything we needed and making sure our stay was perfect.

A complete leisure experience!
The room view was amazing. The staff is so supportive and welcoming. Especially Siddhartha helped us alot. The property also accomodated our request to decor the room for our first night after our wedding.
I was not able to connect to Raddison wifi. Connect button was not working!

The staff was very helpful. They ensure I'm being taken care of and provided assistance whenever required.Mr. Siddharth Roy also ensured that I have a memorable anniversary. Thanks to him for the room decoration and care taken during our stay.
Rooms are a bit old fashioned and could be more clean and upgraded.

Regretted booking in this resort. This is the worst maintained Radisson property of all the radisson we have stayed at.
Only the outside area is maintained well.
Staff, unhygienic rooms, very old interiors in the rooms and bathrooms, extremely dirty toilets and bathrooms, rude staff, uncleaned Lenin, food is mediocre.
