Perfect for a family with kids!

Great staff, exceptional service... They made my 8 year old niece's bday memorable, super location, the beach is one of the best ... Perfect combination of shells and calm water to swim in, the property is beautiful, and looked so festive. Really nice place for a family with kids

An enjoyable family getaway with helpful staff, clean rooms, and a delightful breakfast spread!

Traveled with family and friends, the hotel staff ensured a seamless experience by accommodating us with rooms conveniently placed next to each other. The check-in process was a delight, and our rooms were not only nice but also impeccably clean. The breakfast spread exceeded expectations with a plethora of delightful options. The proximity of the beach, coupled with the availability of a buggy for easy transportation with young kids, added to the overall convenience. A truly enjoyable stay!

While our overall stay was delightful, there were a few aspects we didn't find as appealing. The on-site restaurants closed on the early side, and the hotel's club, although well-designed, tended to be quiet during our visit. The DJ's music choices, unfortunately, weren't entirely family-friendly and included some explicit content. Despite this, we found great alternatives nearby and managed to have a wonderful time in the evenings

Nice hotel not far from the sea. I particularly remember the great atmosphere and the friendliness of the ambitious staff. Me and my little boy were guests for a week and really enjoyed our time. Thanks for all.

Good.. but the resort wants to screw it up

most of it was good; but the devil is in detail

(1) The Radisson Taxi Union is a huge disgrace... Imagine the 5 star guests carrying their luggage at 1'o clock in blazing heat, through the hotel and outside just because they booked a taxi online and the Radisson taxi union refuses to allow then inside THIS IS A SHAMEFUL DISGRACE to the Resort.. All the rest of the good stuff in the hotel pale to insignificance. The reception says they have nothing to do with the union...but that is not true as the internet clearly shows a "Radisson Blu Taxi Association" ... This fleeces customers by charging 3 times the on-going rates and don't allow any one else to come in. Wonder whether we are living in S Arabia or what ???? (2) On check-out the experience was bad as one kept waiting for the luggage trolley to arrive ...finally one person comes after 20 minutes and says "do you want luggage to be taken out"... Very underwhelming for a 5 star

Please think very carefully before considering a stay at the Radisson

The Radisson seems to be primarily geared up for big Indian weddings and events. If you are not attending a wedding then you are a second class customer. We stayed for a week , paying almost 1700 to find our pool was unavailable for 2 days (see photos of separate events) due to wedding ceremonies, (and palmed off to use the Novotel, pool which is of a lesser grade, more suitable for families) Music was blasting into the evening beyond midnight, drummers greeted wedding guests sporadically during the day and wedding PA systems were tested and rigging erected and stripped continuously around the hotel grounds during our stay

Further to the above, on one occasion we arrived for our evening meal to find that the buffet restaurant was closed due to insufficient guests booked in for dinner ( most rooms, we were told, were occupied by the wedding guests) and were asked to have our evening meal in a smaller venue using the roof top cafe menu. At no time were we given the courtesy beforehand of the restrictions these events would present to our stay. We also sent an email a few days prior to our stay seeking clarification of any possible weddings and received no response. The staff at the Radisson are lovely but our treatment as guests has been shocking. I have never written a review like this before but feel people should be aware. Please have your eyes open before booking !!! The Radisson will no doubt send a stock mitigating response apologising for inconvenience, this seriously underplays the impact of any stay for customers.
