    Good busisness hotel with value for money
    - The twin room was nice and contained all the amenities we needed. The bathroom was the same as in the pictures so very modern and included an overhead shower - Breakfast included a great selection of both hot and continental options
    - The main issue with the hotel was that there is no air conditioning in the rooms in December. The room was too hot and staff were unable to adjust the temperature for us without calling out an engineer. No fans in the room or available eiither - The complimentary tea/shower gels were not also refilled each day - Breakfast was very busy.

    Location was good. A good selection of breakfast too. We had a good view too.
    There were some mishaps but was discussed with the staff. They have been receptive of it.

    The location was good, 15 minutes walk from Tivoli. The breakfast was great, staff was friendly.
    The room was cold, 18 degrees celsius. The thermostat in the room is useless, it wont let you adjust the temperature. Dont take a hot shower and then go in the room as you will have fever and shivers all night.

    The location was a 30 minute walk from the center, near all the important landmarks

    Style over substance.
    Hot room. Extremely dry air, woke up each morning feeling ill due to dehydration. Spend an eternity getting a lift. Cleaners decided to randomly remove our spare key whilst we were out.

    The value for the money is not matching. I have doubts that this hotel has real 4 stars.
    Organization, personnel attitude towards client.
    Too cold in family room, personal could not fix the problem but gave heater, 2 tvs did not work in both rooms, controller without batteries, personal sent to fix could not solve the problem, lyfts from 5th floor not functioning properly. At check out the system was not functioning, so personal could not see my expenses of my stay.
