    Nice Hotel with Great Breakfast
    Breakfast was spectacular. I've stayed in quite a few 5 star hotels. This breakfast was among the best, in a restaurant with panoramic view. The staff were all very helpful, always going out of their way to assist. Rooms were clean (we were a family so had 3 rooms), and housekeeping were very responsive whenever we needed anything etc.
    The king size bed was made up of two single beds pushed together, so when laying in the middle, you would feel the separation between the two mattresses. The toilet lock needed some wiggling to work (Im sure they would've fixed that if I asked, I just didnt have the time or inclination). On two of the 5 nights of our stay, there was some maintenence staff working at night in the corridor, which was a bit noisy. (Once again, Im sure they would've stopped if we had asked, because of the great service orientated culture in this hotel)

    Rooms were pretty spacious and clean. All staff member are super friendly and helpful specially Mohit and kanchan Easy check in and check out. If you make any requests to staff they always try their best to fulfils that

    Not the Radisson experience I had thought of.
    Housekeeping services.
    The room. Not up to the Radisson standards where I've stayed before. The receptionist were unable to handle multiple people at a time. Asking for payments after having swiped the card already. The bathroom had shampoo labeled as handwash. The concierge service never called me back after 3 attempts also.

    The staff were very unresponsive, I had to wait almost 1.30 hrs just for water bottles to be available in the room in the morning. And being a 5 star hotel, my room had a broken bathroom sliding door, the ceiling lights were fluctuating, mirror light was not working, TV was not working
