Super expensive for drinks and sandwich in the bar (80 for 2 G&Ts and 1 sandwich) The room was much smaller than the pictures portrayed on the website.

I had an amazing stay and would higly recommend this hotel due to the location, the quality and incedible staff.
It was close to Tivoli and other places we wanted to see. The staff were incredibly nice. My luggage didnt make the connecting flight but the concierge gave me a jacket so I could go out.

Price, pillows are terrible. The room was never cleaned, we mentioned this a number of times. The most we got was fresh towels 3 times in 6 nights. The sheets were not changed once and the bins were not emptied.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay
Great staff, excellent facilities and good room size. Reception staff particularly friendly. Great location, especially for a Christmas visit.
I was not expecting to queue for breakfast on two of the three mornings. Just not enough tables for the number of rooms.
