I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Radisson Kufri, booked through Booking.com. I had reserved a superior room for two nights, with a check-in date of September 30th and a check-out date of October 2nd, 2023. My booking reference number is 4170246061.I was excited about my stay at Radisson Kufri, primarily due to the beautiful images and the hotel's surroundings displayed on your website.
However, my experience upon arrival was far from what I had expected. The room I was assigned had no view whatsoever; it faced a wall, making it extremely claustrophobic for both my wife and me.
This stark contrast between the room's description and the reality of our stay left us deeply disappointed and feeling cheated. I believe it is only fair to expect that the room I paid Rs. 12,000 per night for, inclusive of breakfast, would match the standards and amenities as depicted on your website. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
Given the significant discrepancy between the expectations set by the booking and the actual experience, I kindly request the following:
1. A full refund of the amount paid for my two-night stay at Radisson Kufri, totaling Rs. 24,000.I trust that booking.com values its guests' satisfaction and will take appropriate action to address this matter promptly. I kindly request a response within 7 days to confirm the refund and compensation process.
I would like to emphasize that I am a loyal customer and have had positive experiences with Radisson properties in the past. It is my hope that this issue can be resolved amicably, allowing me to continue to choose Radisson for my future stays.
