    Not value for money, overpriced room and the actual property did not match the photos provided. For example there was no Mountain View. This was not expected and reduced enjoyment significantly.

    A surprise in the midst of Lonavla !
    The hotel and it's amenities were all good. Overall was very pleasant and inviting! Food was pretty good. We were well attended by the staff.. but like to make a special mention for Mary who was ever smiling and attentive. Did help. Another mention was the Bar Man Debtaru; made some excellent cocktails. Also enjoyed the trek with Mayur. Thank you..
    The confectionery items didn't change much! Result we didn't eat much of the bakery products.. Maybe something you can do as CSR.. the surrounding outside area of Raddisson is strewn with garbage. It's a sad sight!

    The facilities, amenities, the staff, the buffet desserts, breakfast buffet, room comfyness especially the bed!
    The starters and main course variety in lunch buffet, a weird smell started coming at night time outside our room which started coming inside too (it went away after some time but it is not acceptable), no internet TV, no bathtub in the room

    Nice location, well made and spacious rooms
    Pathetic service all over, beyond expected time for delivering in room service as well as restaurant. Food was below par and not worth the price at all.
