Check in experience was not good as room was not ready at the time of check in. Hotel insisted to paid for entire 4 days stay charges at the time of check out, which looks not reasonable as they could simply block the amount on credit card instead of asking to pay. Inter connecting room request was not honored.

In one of the room (out of two), there were 3 people, but the room amenities were offered only for two, despite the hotel charge for 3 person. The bathroom towels are not really what one expect, in terms of quality. Had new year event dinner (which was made compulsory for all in house guest), but nothing special for the event. Bollywood theme etc., was not at all good, and only attraction was bit of DJ. Missed ice cream in the party as it was not there, but rest food was ok. In few days, breakfast menu has very salty food (Idly on one of the day of our stay), and other south Indian dishes were not authentic. On 31 Dec, it took a while to connect for house keeping service. Lift is not good at all, as it starts giving overload sign as soon as 4+ people try to board in together in the lifts.
