    Great location but service needs to improve especially at prices charged
    Good position on beach front, great views, comfortable accommodation and overall good food, especially Xmas eve dinner
    Service was not consistently of 5 star standard. Some staff excellent whilst others indifferent, especially amongst some buggy drivers. Buggy service was always difficult to contact and often waited long times for service. Overpriced.

    The staff were amazing, smiling faces all around. The establishment itself was equally impressive with all type of basic necessities that any tourists can think of such as a gym, a spa, a kids club...etc. The different type of cuisine every night made my stay even more unique. The Tandoori night, the Sushi Room, and The Arabic food all gave me a refreshing experience of what quality food can be. Furthermore, you can visit all the designsted locations within the facility with only one text to the reception and they will send a buggy within few minutes to pick you up and deliver you wherever you would like.

    At the moment there are no direct flight to Praslin Island where Rafelles hotel resides. Therefore, a pre arrangement must be made to reach the the island. Which was a bit difficult with me as it was raining heavly.

    Great location, amazing hotel loved the stay.
    Generally it was a great stay, hotel staff are lovely and very supportive. Always keen to help. The rooms were large and the view is breath taking. The facilities were great. Food options were also great.
    More kids activities dor older kids. Keeping room doors closed in order to keep insects out.

    Nice Villa, view & location but service and food quality is lacking. Not a good value for the money.
    Villa and view are nice. And it's a great location to explore the other Islands and it's close to the beautiful Anse Lazio beach and snorkel spots.
    Service and stuff ist mostly not trained for a 5 star experience. Food quality is mostly not good quality and not worth 5 stars and the money. Very few vegan and glutenfree options. I ate the vegan curry the whole week. Experience is overall not worth the price. Rather stay in the Fourseasons in Deroches if you want a luxury experience with great service and food.

    I absolutely loved the hotel, everything was amazing. The staff is great, the facilities are lovely, it felt very exclusive and private. The room and the view blew our minds! Being so close to the beach, the food in the restaurants so tasty, theres nothing we didnt love! The wifi worked in every corner of the hotel
