    Convenient and pool was lovely.
    Located in centre of village and right on beach.
    Had to ask for towels to be replaced twice and house keeping was a rushed job.

    The location was good
    We have had 3 weeks exploring Thailand and this was the worst hotel we stayed in! It didnt feel clean at all, the room was grubby, floor was dirty, patio doors were filthy and the room key didnt look like it had been cleaned since the 80s! There is no way any sort of half decent clean happens between departures and arrivals. We were the room at the end near the staff entrance and it was very noisy throughout the night and early in the morning! The pool was murky, we didnt even bother to dip our toes in it. From the outside the hotel looks nice, it is Christmas and has lovely twinkly lights but dont let that fool you to think the rooms are of the same quality! We didnt bother to have breakfast, looked terrible! Staff service was non existent tbh! Railay itself is lovely, we visited in 2019 and new developments have taken place, it has a charm about the village but chose another hotel! I didnt feel comfortable or safe at all.

    Our villa was not the most modern , but it was great, big and it had everything you need. The location is more than amazing.
    The room was a bit too dark, we had to ask reception more than once to have our room made and it didn't happen. When they did do our room it was very mediocre.
