Ralphs place is ideal for families and for those who value privacy, and space. Its perfect for us!
The lay out of our unit/house is great, it is secluded and very private. Lush surrounding and manicured garden. Breakfast is good. Quiet location, staff are nice, the unit is well equipped, drinking water is provided and kitchen is complete. The toilet is spacious and warm water/ pressure is perfect. We love specially our pocket garden and the view overlooking Bulabog beach and the kite surfers. The hike up the hill is a bonus specially after a hefty meal.

I can, with no doubt, recommend this place. Its in a quiet location, however in walking distance from White beach and the city centre (10-15 minutes).
The studio was nice and clean, kitchen was well well-equipped (we were able to prepare here Christmas dinner :)). The whole area of the accommodation was well maintained. The breakfast was one of the best that we got in the Philippines (they had also banana oat porridge, which I can consider as non-usual in the Philippines, and it was nice to change from my point of view in comparison with other accommodations).

Spacious clean room with an amazing bed. The facilities are great (rooftop jacuzzi, drinking water available). The staff was super accommodating and helped us rent a scooter (delivered and picked back from the hotel) and a transfer back to Caticlan's airport. Overall amazing stay !
The restaurant food (not breakfast) was not incredible, still decent but lower quality than the rest of the hotel services

Walking distance from white beach, but nice en quiet. Friendly people, drink water unit in the appartement, nice small garden en small pool
There were some stairs to get to the house, for us it wasn't a problem. The cleaning was done for small people, so at the heigher parts was still some dust.

The area was really beautiful full of green and nice morning view.
We were 6 people in a dublex, but the ones sleeping at the living room had too much heat and light in the morning.

Perfect option for Boracay
Location was perfect on the "quiet side" of the island but still only a 10 minute walk to White Beach. Perched on the hill we had a very nice view of sunrise every morning and the kites. The room was great and the bed very comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious with multiple options available. Staff were friendly and accommodating alowing us to store our bags on before check in and after check out.
