- We ask our self On The Beach.. if the name is like that you expect a hotel really in the beach wenn you wake up , you see the waves , you hear the waves , in our case , we have very big palm trees in front of our balcony and we have to search between the leaves to find the waves . Actually it is 3 minutes walk through a little bush and then the surprise is big because the beach is so beautiful and pure here .
- the WiFi does not work in our room , only in the restaurant .
- the AC does not work as good as it that it should be on a tropical place like this ..luckely we can open the door from the balcony
- LEELA !!! The reception from accommodation know exactly what I mean . Before I came here I ask the hotel for information about the package they offer, she send me information and we decided that we should not do the package , we were very clear about it ! we received several messages from LEELA , every time we told here that we did not want here proposal !! On the day we arrived , we check in ,after hours of flight, this lady was calling the reception again because she want to talk with me about the offer she had , my husband was very angry and took the telephone .. Wenn the manager from the reception saw our reaction he took the telephone and spoke with here , he also look very bad .
LEELA is the reason why I give this nice hotel a 8 instead of a 9. If I did not had made a non refundable booking on booking.com then I should cancel the booking because of this lady !! We also work with booking.com because we have a AirBnB in Spain but we did not treat our guests like this in advance !
