The location was excellent
The whole hotel is tarnished and needs renovation. The furniture is old and degraded. The bathroom has fixtures that need repair. The shower does not drain put properly. The sink has mold all around. I complained on 30.12 to the management about the quality of the room and I was told that due to the fact that it is the New Years Eve, they will give us a better room in a couple of days. As a matter of fact one of the managers reiterated this on he night of the NYE and assured me that next day they will change the room. Well, nothing happened and until the day of our departure on the 4th of January no one said anything, anymore. When you commit to making a change and totally disappear and do nothing, not even an apology, this shows a very poor judgement on behalf of the management. Maybe the worst of all was on the night between the 2nd and 3rd of January when we were woken up by a very loud fire alarm bell. There was no sign of any smell or problem and I called the reception. After 10 minutes someone answered finally and said Sorry, it was a false alarm.

Excellent location at the most centric point of Downtown Dubai.
Ramada is in a PERFECT location in Downtown Dubai. The personel is more than polite, kind and willing to help. The breakfast is very good with a lot of options. The rooms are big and the view is amazing to both ways.
The hotel needs total renovation asap in order to compete with the rest super amazing hotels nearby. The furnitures are old. The lifts are always busy and you need time to wait to commute with them.

4) avoid high floors as no one will serve you and you have to waiting for the lift
