    My rooms (joined) were very nice and the location was great.
    The bathrooms had no hot water at all.

    It was awesome stay.
    I was greeted as I walked in . The staff was kind and welcoming . Rooms were clean and comfortable with a balcony to enjoy nice weather .
    On the 4th floor elevator light fixtures is either broken or needs to be replaced .

    We arrived from Texas early in the morning and we checked in for an additional small charge!

    Would definitely recommend 100%
    Perfect hotel location if you're going to an USCIS appointment, it's a less than a minute ride to their Metairie location. Friendly staff, on site PC and printer, tidied up lobby, right sized parking lot and an IHOP right next door.
    Humidity smell in the bathroom.

    Won't stay there again.
    Our room had NO hot water. We had to change rooms the next day and settle for two queens instead of our king. The rooms have little to no electrical outlets. The beds have the small pillows. No breakfast.

    Unfortunately there wasnt anything we loved about staying in this hotel.
    Location, historical pictures and how each room had a theme.
    Not as clean as I would have liked it to be. No breakfast included. Very small & simple coffee bar. There was nothing that made us want to come back again.
