Duty Manager was very rude with me bcoz the swimming pool water was cold and its damage the eye of my son and the duty manager started yelling on me,

We had a comfortable stay in Ramada hotel :)
The staff was very nice & friendly, our check-in & check-out was smooth and fast, we liked the hotel location, the room was spacious. We didn't have time to use the hotel facilities but I guess you won't get bored. There were shops nearby. Overall we're very satisfied, thanks for our comfortable stay :)
