    Great heritage hotel in the old city, friendly staff
    The hotel is a heritage spot and looks classy. Overall friendly staff always trying to help and support guests.
    Remember this is deep in the old city..this is not w negative but if you are bringing lots of luggage, then you will need to leave your car outside and take autism to travel anything from 20 to 40 minutes through congested roads. The auto ride can be quite a roller coaster and not for the faint hearted. Also breakfast is usually not ready till 8:30 am. So if you are leaving by 8 for sight seeing you won't be able to avail it.

    Great stay to begin with, ending in disappointment.
    Lovely heritage accommodation, nice ambience, spacious room.
    Breakfast was very basic for what you pay. Hot water an issue even though it was 'fixed'. We ordered a taxi for our onward travel to another city and finalised the price with the hotel owner but realised our request was not relayed to the driver and ended up costing us more than what was agreed, we had no choice but to pay.. we tried calling the owner during the trip but their phone was swtiched off (surprise surprise) We found this pretty much everywhere we travelled. Everyone wants the business but never understands the customers request. We felt a bit cheated ...... on that basis I feel a 10/10 is not deserving.

    Great location and welcoming vibe!
    The staff were very welcoming/helpful and the place had lovely decor. We especially loved the paintings that ran throughout the building into the bedrooms.
    The bedroom and bathroom had a very strong and musky smell. The shower also leaked onto the toilet area which is right next to the shower which we didnt like too much. There is no space/cubicle separating the two.

    The Diwali celebration created by the hotel was very special & rounded out a perfect stay!
    Spectacular view of the fort from the rooftop. Tasty breakfast buffet. Attentive and friendly staff. The hotel was lavishly and elegantly decorated in the traditional Rajasthani manner. Lovely Risha, the owner, was so warm, welcoming,and attentive to our every need, bending over backwards to help us. We recommend this hotel very highly!

    We had an exceptional gracious stay at this beautiful heritage Home stay with our host Nisha and Daughter and the wonderful staff. We felt like we were staying with family. Nisha is a great host and very helpful for your sightseeing in Jodhpur. The Haveli is situated in the old town and has a great view from the rooftop terrace of the old town and the fort. Our room was so elegant and decorative. We loved it! Special thanks to Kak and the boys who run the kitchen. They served us all kinds of good food and the food is great..
