    The staff was not helpful. Booked for 3 of us. My daughter was 7 years old. On arrival they said have to pay extra. This should have been done through booking.com. They were saying I 2 months she will be 8 yrs and u have to pay extra for her. This is not a good gesture

    Loved the place, loved the location amazing service! Truly a great place to stay. I loved the locat
    I loved the location n the service provided by the staff. I must specially mention the reception manager Isa. I loved the breakfast too. The other staff that needs special mention are Gkhan and Sevgi. They are truly amazing n always serve us with a smile n so quick to help with anything.

    Location was good, many restaurants and shops were near the hotel. The breakfast in the rooftop was so nice with beautiful scenery of Istanbul.
    The water drainage in shower booth in my room was badly working, nearly clogged, water overflowed even to the room. I asked to the hotel staff but they did not fix it. it was so terrible experience.

    The location is perfect if you are going for tourism, it is near all the important sightseeing places in the old city. The breakfast is good, staff is so nice for example one day my mom wanted Turkish coffee for breakfast they gave it to her on the house. It felt homey a lot there. The people at the reception are so responsive. and next to the hotel, there is everything you need of restaurant, hair saloon, shisha cafes, etc. If you want to work, I found many nearby coffee houses suitable for working as well.
    It is not that I did not like it, but the shower box is too small. and the rooms as well, It is a boutique hotel so generally spaces are small. If you have lots of bags and you want to do a lot of shopping it is not an ideal place for that. But again if your purpose is to do tourism and enjoy the old city I would do it again

    A fabulous stay in a beautiful hotel with fantastic views from the breakfast terrace.
    Excellent location. We arrived early and were given access to our room by the male receptionist which was lovely . He was wonderful, organised a sightseeing trip for us and our taxi to the airport. The breakfast was fabulous and the farewell gift most appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel and their lovely staff.
