Really peaceful beachfront location. The detached traditional wooden villa with balcony is absolutely lovely.

A restaurant (Warung Jalak Lenteng) available within walking distance which serves delicious food (closed on Fridays). Hot and cold water dispenser provided for guests (there's a kettle inside the unit too). No deposit required for our stay (not sure if this is applicable for all units). New unit being built in the area during our stay (Christmas time 2023). Mini marts, food stall & self service laundry available along the main road, few hundred meters away.

One of the rooms booked (one bedroom house) didn't have TV and WIFI signal weak inside probably due to the metal cladding and door. Not much of issue for guests who don't intend to stay inside. Access from maid road to the location was a small tarmac road which can fit only one car. We missed the junction the first time. Maybe the property operators in the area can do a bit of gotong royong to clean up the bushes, could be scary and dangerous for guests who walk to the main road at night to go to mini marts/ food stall.
