    Tiring and seemed like a bad decision.
    Good property for a weekend trip in summers only.
    The staff was good but difficult to reach half of the time. Help desk was empty from late in the night through late in the morning. The property is awfully secluded and far from Gokarna town and there was no phone network with poor wifi. Also, the water quality for drinking and cleaning was bad. Bedding was also soggy.

    beach was closer to the property thats the only thing I liked
    food was very very bad and they dont serve breakfast with all the items mentioned in the Menu, I dont think nobody can drink those juices, Wi-Fi and TV both are not working, AC was also bad. reception guy was very bad he dont have common sense, he dont know how to talk with guests. they mentioned so many things in their booking portal but nothing would be visible when we visit the place

    Budget stay in an amazingly calm clean beach
    Location and cleanliness. Ethos & eco friendly setup, wish the yoga and other facilities were made available though.
    Staff lacked a service mindset. they were nice & helpful but not trained i felt. No one explained what facilities are available upon arrival. Staff didnt mention that food was not on buffet, we waited till the time and then realised we need to order and wait.
