    Lovely room, comfortable bed and great shower! Housekeeping staff were excellent!
    Bathroom heated towel rail broken, bathroom a bit scruffy, tiles and floor edges chipped. Some of the extras from previous years now removed i.e. shower gel and mineral water.

    Lovely room and spot to stay. As a solo female traveller I would not stay here again, due to security issues
    Very quiet despite being above the beer garden ( but it was a cold winter night!). A lovely country village. I could hear bird song into the early hours of the morning. I had trouble sleeping ( see below) The room was clean and spacious. The shower was amazing- very powerful. Good supply of tea and coffee. Lovely room. The staff seemed friendly and cheerful but did not have much interaction as it was literally a place to sleep for the night.
    As a solo female traveler, my room was outside up a metal staircase with other rooms along the outside walkway. Once inside the room there was no spy hole in the door or even a small window, on that side of the wall. I felt a bit vulnerable, as if someone knocked on my door, there was no way of seeing who it was before opening it. The outside beer garden had no gate or security so anyone could have access. Also the outside door lock was very flimsy like an internal bathroom door . There was no emergency /security phone number on show. I think next time I will stick with premier inn.

    room was a good standard but missed some shower /bath accessories. staff pleasant.
    room was of a good standard and clean
    no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. This is very disappointing as expected some and so did not bring my own. The shower in the morning was very quick nonetheless and left me very annoyed with this lack of customer care considering the room was a good standard overall.
