The location is 2 km off main road via a muddy dark pathway. No proper road or street lights. I made the booking via my company app but still they Refused to give a proper GST bill. There is no proper restaurant and they will make food only if you inform them one day in advance. Very Unsafe for females due to the isolation!

Awesome Experience

The stay was amazing. Staffs are very cooperative. Love the experience. They prepare customize food on prior intimation. It feels like our own farmhouse. Highly recommend it for a family stay

The area is a little remote and the road was not good for which you can't plan a frequent outing. But their property is so blissful you won't feel to go out.

overall nice place and we recommend also foreigner to visit Chiplun

Very nice small place, the house with balcony was trendy and clean. They helped us to rent a car with driver for the day, which was very sweet of them. The place itself was a bit far from the center and taxis did not know it.

people working there do not speak english, but we managed to communicate anyway.

Beautiful place and helpful staff

We arrived exhausted and without cash because we couldn't find an atm for visa/mastercard. The staff was super helpful and went to town to get us a pizza (because their restaurant was closed at that time) and helped us the next day to find the right atm. We decided to stay another night because the place is so nice and peaceful. Also, the food from their restaurant is delicious and the place is clean. The staff is always there to check if everything was okay and if there was anything we needed. Big thanks!

Staff is very good and courteous . Food was nice .

AC and TV were not working. Wifi was unreliable. No telephone in room for room service. No light on wash basin . Very small water heater . Difficult to take a shower in winter as hot water quickly runs out. No worthwhile view . Location in city but still nothing available closeby.
