    An enjoyable and upmarket stay
    The location was great and the attention to detail in the apartment was very good. Also, I enjoyed the swimming pool and the mineral pool.
    The air conditioning unit in the apartment was not working. However, the staff gave us a fan to help with the situation and called the maintenance firm the next day to fix it up.

    Good location, nice staff.
    It was being renovated when we were there. Work started before 7am, noisy, woke us up. Lovely pool and warm, but overlooked by all the tradies! We should have been warned, we probably would have stayed elsewhere.

    Excellent accommodation in central Rotorua. Would defo stay again.
    We loved the location and the spacious, comfortable room. The pool was great and the staff were all very helpful
    Building works going on but didnt really interfere with our stay.

    This hotel works so well for us for short stays. The staff are great, great location, and the decor is fresh and inviting.
    Access after hours isn't great if the staff aren't right at the front desk. I recommend the rooms that don't require you to walk through the restaurant for access

    Dinner was a bit 90 ish in style and presentation but showed good cooking skills. Excellent training for the young staff.
    A revamped downtown motel but done well. Small motel sized rooms.
