    Property location, facilities, room, staff
    Food prices at the restaurant are too high. 2 boiled eggs costs 250/- INR which is astoundingly high price. Check-in is 2pm which is unusual.

    Poor hospitality and improper checking of rooms before giving it to the next
    Rooms were spacious ..
    The extra bed given was a foldable one and was seperating from the middle.. highly uncomfortable to sleep on. The basin was clogged. The commode was leaking from beneath. For the activities.. the badminton rackets were fine but shuttle cocks were in a terrible condition. Cycles too not regularly maintained. The pool table had missing items and the cue stick was missing on the rubber . The reception staff didn't help much when we had the room complaints.. had to call the atleast 3 times to get the work done
