    Super property to connect with nature
    loved the hospitality by the caretaker Dinesh. surroundings were surreal - entire tea garden for you to roam and relax. lush greens everywhere you go.
    sanitation could have been better but full marks to Dinesh for keeping the property clean and liveable. they should hire at least 1 more person for cleaning/maintenance.

    The property was very cozy and comfortable. Its surrounded by tea garden, and beautiful greenery. No noise at all, just birds chirping, waterfall and pleasant wind. The stay was made even more amazing by the kind, skilled and exceptionally welcoming caretaker(who is also a great chef),Dinesh. Could not ask for a better experience. Will definitly visit again and recommend this place. Its a little away from the the conventional noisy part of ooty, which makes the stay even more peaceful and lovely. The view is extraordinary.. With the great food and amazing stay, we did not even feel like stepping out for sight-seeing.

    The commute was a bit difficult in the last 1 km to the property. I wish there was a billboard or some sign to guide the route. The road too could be better maintained. Thanks to Dinesh who was constantly guiding over phone, otherwise we wouldnt have been able to reach.

    The overall area is very pretty, but the view from the cottage is mostly hidden by trees
    The caretaker was clearly smelling of alcohol and tried many times to cheat us (fake invoice with double rates from the restaurant he took us to for lunch, inflated food prices ...) So for dinner we walked to the nearest store rather than relying on him but that was definitely not our initial plan

    location is excellent and the food is really very good.. I would want to thank Dinesh for such a fabulous experience. He went out of the way to ensure we had a good comfortable holiday, kudos to him had he not been there would not have experienced the place that well. one feedback, property needs an inverter or a genset as there are power cuts now and then but overall Daam good experience..

    The property was well maintained by Dinesh. The caretaker Dinesh took very good care of us. The food he prepared was very good. Dinesh went out of his way to make the stay pleasent for us. He showed us various nearby hidden gems of Deenaty.
    The property is located 25km away from Ooty Bus Stand. This is ideal for someone looking for a place to relax away from all the noise and crowd of the city.
