    Fantastic location, great staff.
    The front desk staff and porters were so helpful and warm.
    The cleaning was a bit sporadic. Some days were better than others. The first night the mini-bar was not refreshed, and the toiletries. But the other nights everything was perfect.

    The room is at a very comfortable size and clean.
    The corridor on my floor was super cold. Felt like I was in the ice age. Mentioned it to the front desk regarding this and they took note of it.

    A very nice hotel in a great location
    I had a Club room which included access to a hospitality room where they served a continental breakfast and had snacks later in the day. I liked the convenience of it. there was also a concierge who could provide assistance or information as needed. The room was nice and big and the decor looked new. The bathroom was nice and included a Toto washlet toilet and a large shower but no tub. It was very quiet. I have stayed in this neighbourhood before and like it. It is close to several shopping areas and 5 minutes walk to the History Museum. It has excellent MRT connections. I had arrived early because I had disembarked a cruise ship. I informed the hotel of this on booking and luckily they were able to have a room for me right away which I was not expecting. The staff always remembered my name. The front desk was helpful in booking me a taxi to the airport in the early hours of the morning.
