Disappointing

Shower did not work....at all. Staff unapologetic.

Shower did not work. Staff had no other resolution but moving us to another room. We did not have time for this as we had an appointment. So no shower that day. Asked for some type of financial consideration but they did nothing. Not what I expect from Marriot. I'm hoping someone higher up sees this.

Excellent location, great room, delicious breakfast!

Place was spotless, staff super helpful and kind (Dean who checked me in was so welcoming, professional and friendly). Breakfast was great too!

My only gripe was that the internet TV did not work for the duration of my stay, despite an employee being sent up to fix it.

Good hotel with convenient location that may benefit from better breakfast management.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms.

The breakfast was not managed well at all: - served in a very small area where people had to queue and often would spill or drop something that staff would take a long time to clean up - items would finish all the time and some would not get restocked even 45 mins prior to the end of the breakfast time (from simple things like tea bags, to essential items like bread, sausages or fruit) - too much trash is generated during breakfast there - single use plastic forks, spoons and cups, paper plates and bowls.
