I did not like the surprise $30 overnight parking fee, no where was this fee mentioned prior to arrival.

Beautiful room, super clean, way more than expected, and the breakfast was amazing too!
Its a little confusing finding the lobby as its on the second floor of the building. i think better signage is needed when you walk in the building on the main floor. there was just a sandwich board by the elevator.

Was very relaxing room fresh smelling and comfy! Had a lot to offer refrigerator, stove, microwave, big comfy bed and big bathroom. Loved the location would stay again
I got locked in the elevator for 15 minutes wouldnt open and I pushed the alarm and call button and no one would answer or help me. Finally someone heard me and helped

Worth every penny!
The property was in a prime location in Grand Rapids! It was super nice. We stayed in a king studio and it was one of the nicest hotel I have stayed in. I stay in hotels all over the world and this was one of the best!!!
