It was an excellent experience
Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was very friendly. I arrived early at the hotel due to my flight schedule and the front desk arranged an early check-in and upgraded my accommodation from King room to a Suite with no additional cost. The location was great, near Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. I liked the hot breakfast with variety of foods, and the restaurant had an amazing view.

Location, staff, facilities, cleanliness and room.
Great place to stay, only slight issue was the length of time spent waiting for the lift during peak times... Allow plenty of time if you're on a tight schedule.

The main problem was in the sytem of the elevator where we we had to wait for 10 minutes and even sometimes more top get ome. Morevore, at our last day the elevator stopped working and thanks to Mrs. Christine at the reception who helped us.

It was a nice stay. My two issues were that there was no underground or sheltered parking. Another thing I felt absurd was that you had to pay for pancakes or waffles. They said they added additional food as it was a continental breakfast before. I explained that this is not the norm to charge for pancakes and waffles. The elevators take too long. The rooms should have bathtubs
