    Fantastic location. Huge, comfortable and clean unit. Upgraded to a one bedroom unit, which was wonderful! Well appointed kitchen. Daily housekeeping, which a lot of hotels have stopped.Fantastic staff - all of them. Good breakfast. Great value.
    Gym had a clear liquid slowly dripping from the ceiling near the TV. When I wiped the exercise mat after using it, the wipe was dirty - indicating that the mats are not regularly cleaned. Blue towels in the gym and pool are bleach - damaged.

    Good hotel, good location, nice staff
    Perfect location near CN Tower. Friendly and helpful staff and the room is good enough.
    The breakfast wasn't really variated. Only 1 or 2 things that changed every day. Also they should repair the brand name on top of the building. Few letters are broken and it looks cheap.

    Really great stay for my first time in toronto
    Im a light sleeper so i was very please by the perfectly SILENT room ! (so rare in hotels) The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast i have ever had, seemed home-cooked a lot of choice Everything was clean , the employees were nice, great location , will definitly come back
    Unfortunately the free wifi was not working on my cellphone and my laptop

    I paid high rate for poor service. wrong decision.
    In breakfast we faced with impolite behaviour of server who was selling table nearby window to guests. She was intentionally kept table with occupied tags to sell it at higher price.
    Crazy Hotel Policy. My stay planned for two nights I was told that they cleans rooms who are staying more that four nights.

    The sofa bed was terrible. The rest perfect
    Location, cleaning, staff very polite and professional, kitchen, swimming pool and breakfast.
    The sofa bed was terrible. Adult or child above 13 years can not sleep there. The mattress was really thin. When you wake up, you can see the mark of the springs in your back (it is not a joke). If you are more two people, you should book other room. The reception offered to us other room and even they showed the new room but the sofa bed was exactly the same . So we declined the offer.

    the room was cold, inefficient heating system, dust on the floor in less visible places, a gap between the door and the wall from which cold air was blowing, if you choose a room on the top 22nd floor, take into account that you will hear working elevators
