    The property is under construction. I was woken up every day early due to banging noises from construction.
    The breakfast, was better the last time we stayed a few years ago. But because they are under construction, the items they provided were limited.

    Horrible, do not stay here until the construction is completed.
    The location was great. Close to beach and outlets
    The hotel was under construction and from 6 am to 6 pm there are loud noise. They also put me directly next to the room that they were using for construction which I feel was racially movticated.l

    Exceptional stay! Great staff, great breakfast, great accommodations. Highly recommended!
    Breakfast was exceptional.
    AC in room (430) was especially loud. It kept me up the 1st night. And the room was a bit musty, especially when I first checked in. Was going to change rooms, but decided not to and adjusted. Great staff!

    The staff, the location
    The ac unit vibrated and was loud, caused us to have problems sleeping. The shower curtain was too short allowing water onto the bathroom floor.

    I love staying at the Residence Inn no matter where I travel.
    I love staying at the Residence Inn no matter where I travel. My only issue was the television where it was placed in the room the kids were unable to see the television and if we turned it towards the sofa we were unable to see it

    Comfort cleanliness location
    We were always very satisfied with the breakfast in the past. Not so much lately. This applies to sandestin location and Baton Rouge. Noticeably downgraded breakfast choices which obviously you are aware of.
